Kevin is a seasoned music industry professional with over 20 years experience in the music, entertainment and talent management industries. With a proven track record in identifying, producing and developing music talents from Asia, and effectively creating viability and efficacious regional/international export strategies. He has experience working intimately with artists & creatives from the music & management front, negotiating fair label deals both from the creative’s point-of-view as well as the label’s (both in the Major label context, as well as being the head of an Indie label/distributor) and have in more recent years been negotiating deals (with platforms, partners, brands & artists) in his role leading RCA Greater China, the Sony Music company in Taiwan and a part of the Senior Management team for Asia.

Kevin has been proven effective in business strategy and change management, and is a champion for diversity, equitable employment, inclusion and social justice.

Kevin is also on the board of the Recording Industry Foundation of Taiwan (RIT) and the Association of Recording Copyright Owners (ARCO)
